學生安心就學措施(111-1) STU Measures in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Fall Semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023

 適用對象:111學年度第1學期確受COVID-19疫情影響之學生。
Target:For students who are unable to come to Taiwan in the fall semester of the academic year 2022-2023 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 開學選課:學生應依本校選課期程進行線上選課,不受選課學分數下限之限制。
Course Selection:Students shall register for classes online and take online classes.The class selection will not be restricted by the minimum credit hour requirements.

 修課方式:授課教師將視實際情形,提供同步或非同步之線上教學課程,協助學生修習課程。
Method of Taking Courses:Instructors may adopt, depending on actual need, flexible online teaching Instruction methods (asynchronous or synchronous) to assist students attend the class.

 學生請假:因應本次特殊情形,本校將協調學生檢具相關證明以專案方式辦理。
Asking for Leave:In response to the current situation, students should provide valid proofs to apply for special leave.

 休學申請:無法入境之學生得檢具相關證明,向本校教務處申請,以專案方式辦理休學,且不計入休學期數。
Application for Leave of Absence: For a leave of absence, all students should apply through their respective academic affairs divisions by providing valid proofs. This leave of absence record will not be included in the cumulative number of leaves.

修業年限:
碩博士學生除依大學法第26條及大學法施行細則第21條規定辦理外,針對修業年限將於110學年度第2學期屆滿且確受疫情影響研究者,得專案向學校申額外再延長修業年限。
原已提出申請於110學年度第2學期舉行碩、博士論文考試並預定畢業者,學生於111年9月30日前通過學位考試及完成離校手續者,視為110學年度第2學期畢業。
